I make it easier for people to lead and manage. I do this through executive coaching, consulting, and training. A few examples of my work include an executive that was unable to convey to her employees exactly what she wanted from them. She ended up doing everything herself, and even when she delegated, she couldn’t let go. I helped her to be clear about her expectations and now she’s getting the results she wants. Another example is a client who was losing talented people. I helped him realize that it wasn’t what he said, but how he said it. It took a little time, but his effectiveness as a leader is significantly better, because his office isn’t a revolving door, and he’s happier too! Another client is a financial services firm facing a lot of regulatory changes and, as a result, lots of stressed employees. I put together a workshop to help people deal with the changes (from a psychological perspective) and therefore stay focused and productive. In addition, I provide customized training for organizations in the areas of: Change Management, Giving Effective Feedback, Interviewing Skills, Changing Your Mindset to Change Your Results, and Facilitation Skills. Finally, I facilitate meetings focused on team building and setting strategy.
