  Attorney-at-Law
Immigration law firm focused on entrepreneurs, business immigration, family immigration, and special immigration options.
The United States welcomes thousands of professionals, entrepreneurs, and other foreign workers in multiple occupations every year. All foreign workers must obtain permission to work legally in the United States. Each nonimmigrant employment category has different requirements, conditions and authorized periods of stay. We work with employers and foreign nationals to select the most appropriate category and then work for the client until the visa is approved. We also help companies obtain permanent residence (also known as a green card) for employees.

In addition, we specialize in family immigration law. Many new Americans obtain their lawful permanent residence through family members. We work to ensure the process is as easy and cost effective as possible.
Leslie Tuttle Ditrani has been practicing immigration law for more than 20 years. She has broad expertise in business and family immigration law as well as significant experience in creative and effective approaches. Leslie‚Äôs business experience encompasses a wide range of enterprises from Cambridge start-ups and entrepreneurs to established businesses. We specialize in H-1B, L-1, E, TN and other nonimmigrant visa solutions as well as employment immigrant visa options including EB-5 and national interest waivers and PERM labor certifications. Leslie is happy to speak with you about your immigration questions.
