I work with families who are concerned that a loved one is being taken advantage of financially by another individual and I work with the family to remove the influence of that individual, put a trusted fiduciary in place and to get back any assets that were transferred.
My practice is in the area of probate litigation. I focus my practice on elders and individuals with disabilities tailoring guardianships and conservatorships to meet the individual needs of my clients, litigating issues relating to wills and trusts and estates, and working with families to undo the results of financial abuse, undue influence or abuses of fiduciary power. I also work as a Guardian Ad Litem in matters dealing with guardianship and conservatorship issues. In addition to probate litigation I work with individuals, especially elders, to sell their real estate and I review residence agreements for independent and assisted living facilities.
