  We offer a holistic, financial planning-based approach to helping people achieve their short-term, medium-term and long-term financial objectives.

For families and individuals this can include such key issues as funding education of children, accumulating sufficient capital to enable the acquisition of certain significant assets (e.g., second home), accumulation financial assets to fund a desired lifestyle in retirement while minimizing the risk of running out of assets in retirement, estate and legacy planning, and human capital protection - helping to ensure minimal financial disruption in the event of premature death, disability or late in life the need for long-term care by providing solutions supplemental to what may already be in place through an employer or otherwise. We help to educate people on financial solutions that they frequently are unaware of so that they can make informed financial decisions. It is our view that if people do not follow a certain course of action, it should be because they have made an educated decision not to do it as opposed to not doing because they were ignorant about it.

For business owners and key executives, in addition to the personal services described above, we provide (i) compensation plans which enable them to defer a much larger portion of their compensation than normally available through 401k/profit sharing plans, and/or (ii) supplemental executive retirement plans for key employees, such as executives, that provide benefits above and beyond those covered in other retirement plans. Both of these enable participants to invest on a tax-deferred in financial assets which are not correlated with the financial markets and can provide distributions on a tax-free basis.

For the business itself we offer (iii) “golden handcuff” arrangements to help retain key executives, (iv) measures to help protect a business financially in the event of the premature death or disability of a key employee, and/or (v) a means of paying their overhead for their small business in the event they were to become disabled. We also offer solutions to protect the business against financial disruption due to the premature death or disability of the owner or key employees by offering (vi) financial protection in the event a key person passes away prematurely or becomes disabled, (vii) review of*, and funding for, buy-sell/operating agreements, as well as (viii) financial protection against overhead costs in the event a small business owner becomes disabled.

We also provide qualified retirement plans for the employee base, both defined contribution plans and defined benefit plans.
