Smaller firm economics permit me to give my clients (a) direct accessibility and (b) a smaller firm’s more cost-effective billing rates, all without sacrificing large firm quality and effectiveness. Because I practice in a smaller firm, I am able to provide quality and value to clients whose transactions range from $1 Million to $10 Million in size, or even smaller. While I have worked on transactions approaching $100 Million, my particular interest is mergers and acquisitions smaller than $10 Million in value.
